ELCAS Courses for UK Service Leavers

What is ELCAS?

The Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS) scheme is a Ministry of Defence initiative that supports lifelong learning for service members transitioning to civilian life. It provides financial assistance to help individuals gain qualifications that enhance their career prospects and employment opportunities post-service.

What can ELCAS fund?

ELCAS funding can be used to cover a wide range of higher-level qualifications and professional training courses, enabling service leavers to gain industry-recognized credentials in their chosen field. Eligible courses must be delivered by an ELCAS-approved learning provider, such as Foster Hill Training Services.
